1. What are the current charges for AVFLIMO rides?

2. Where should I wait for my Driver?

For Airport Arrivals, our Drivers will be waiting at the designated Arrival Terminal and closest Luggage Carousel exit with a signboard and your name.

For all other Trips, our Drivers will be waiting at the Pickup Point stated in your booking.

3. Can I edit my booking?

Yes, Users may edit bookings within their account at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup date and time.

4. How do I know my assigned Driver Name and Vehicle Registration Number?

You will be informed of your Driver Name and Vehicle Registration Number 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

5. How do I contact my Driver?

Our travel concierge will be in touch with you automatically via Whatsapp on your registered mobile number 1 hour prior to the start of your trip. Feel free to inform our travel concierge of any additional or special request that you might have.

6. How long will the Drivers wait for me?

For Airport Arrival services, no surcharges are applied for a waiting time of up to 90 minutes after the scheduled flight arrival time. Each additional 15 minutes of waiting time will be calculated as an add-on charge, according to the original booking.

For Airport Departure and Single-Trip services, up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. Each additional 15 minutes of waiting time will be calculated as an add-on charge, according to the original booking.

7. What are your cancellation policies?

(a) Airport / Single-Trip Services

For Airport and Single-Trip transfer services, cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 2 hours left before the scheduled pickup time. If there is 2 hours or less before the scheduled pickup time, the total price must be paid. You may cancel your booking in your account under “Orders”, all refunds will be processed within 4 to 7 Business Days back to your original payment method. (b) Private Chauffeur

For Private Chauffeur bookings, cancellation is free of charge if there is more than 2 hours left before the scheduled pickup time. If there is 2 hours or less before the scheduled pickup time, the total price must be paid. You may cancel your booking in your account under “Orders”, all refunds will be processed within 4 to 7 Business Days back to your original payment method.
